super fun! I paid to harvest two pearls to get myself a keychain and my mom a necklace. The instructors were very nice and patient, and even helped us get taxis back to the train station.

I recently went to Nagoya alone, and while I didn't really need this, it's cheaper than buying a regular ticket. Just scan the QR code on the app voucher and enter. It's super easy! I took the MuSky and reserved a separate seat for that train. (I made the reservation while waiting in line at immigration after getting off the plane.)

During peak hours in crowded areas, the speed decreased slightly, but it was still usable. 🚄 On the Shinkansen (bullet train) or while moving, there were occasional brief periods of signal instability, but the recovery was quick and didn't significantly impact the overall experience. Overall coverage was good in urban areas. ⚙️ The biggest advantage of eSIM remains its convenience. It allows you to retain your original phone number, ensuring uninterrupted SMS and call reception, which is especially useful for those who need to make calls or receive verification codes.
