Going to sea to fish, you don’t need to catch emperor crabs yourself. After you come back, they will take pictures and introduce the source. The meat is very delicious. The captain will also add crab legs to you.

A great day out with Mico, understanding more about the local way of life. Unfortunately didn’t catch any fish but the tasty lunch made up for this.

Magnificent evening on Lake Inary. A driver came to pick us up from our hotel in Saariselkä at 7 p.m. sharp. 1 hour drive to the lake and there... barely got out of the car, the magnificent Northern Lights!! The guide took superb photos for us, sent instantly to our phones. Then we headed to the Sami village by sled, very comfortable, and a superb end to the evening in the company of the Sami with stories told about their everyday life. Very authentic, I recommend 100%. The price of the excursion was very high for us but it was well worth it and we would do it again without hesitation! Thanks again to the guide, we had a great time in your company! And maybe see you soon, who knows? 😊 Kittos!!


