Watching the fireworks was a 1-hour ordeal of standing in the sun 🥹 before finally checking in at Hong Kong Disneyland! The Frozen area exceeded expectations, and the fireworks show was absolutely stunning. Strolling through the park felt like stepping into a fairytale world; the rides were fantastic, making it a very happy day trip ✨

Definitely would recommend for a tram experience and to see the city from an aerial view.

An amusement park with varied attractions, it was a nice way to spend one day. As a 26yo solo traveler I wouldn't prioritize it if you have little time but if you're coming with kids they'll love it. I got to see aquariums with all sorts of marine species, turtles, meerkats, pandas, penguins. I went on a weekday so wait times were minimal, your mileage may vary.

At the Hong Kong Palace Museum, you can admire world treasures from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and experience the extraordinary charm of gold and jewelry from different civilizations—convenient and great value.

I visited Victoria Peak on a Thursday, shortly after arriving in Hong Kong. I figured it was the only attraction I would still have enough energy for that day. I was wondering whether to buy the Ruby Pass, thinking that since it was a Thursday, the queues might not be too bad.Well, I can tell you that the Ruby Pass was absolutely worth it!I arrived at the Peak Tram around 4:30 p.m. and estimate that the pass saved me about 40-60 minutes on the way up. Without it, I probably would have missed the chance to see Hong Kong in daylight, enjoy the sunset, and watch the city lights come on. By the time I would have reached the top without the pass, it would already have been dark.The return journey was a completely different story. Judging by the queue, I estimate that waiting for the tram back down would have taken around 90-120 minutes.My recommendation: Either take the tram up and walk back down, or get a Ruby Pass for both directions if you want to avoid wasting time in queues.

<Crystal cabin> You need about an hour to travel from HongKong city by MTR. Overall, the place is easy to find but the queue was too long. I spent almost 1 hour queuing for the cable car. View was amazing with the transparent foot cabin. If you purchase the standard cabin, the queue will be longer 😱 Upon arrival, you'll see the Ngong Ping village (a lot of small restaurants and souvenir shops) then can slowly walk towards the Tian Tan Buddha and Po Lin Monestery. Remember to bring umbrella / cap during summer because the Sun is strong above the hill, less shades around this place. Can consider bring light jacket if the wind is strong, can feel cold at times.

Worth the visit. Fast transaction. I bought the ticket right in from of the entrance. I got in easily.

Take the ferry from Central Pier 9, which circles Victoria Harbour before disembarking at Tsim Sha Tsui Pier. The 5:30 PM ferry offers sunset views, and upon arrival, the harbor lights up, providing a beautiful night view of Victoria Harbour. The journey takes 45 minutes and includes a complimentary drink—wine, champagne, juice, or cola. It costs 240 RMB per person, which is a bit pricey.

I went on the Sunset Roller Coaster this weekend and it was so much fun! My heart was racing a little as the carriage slowly climbed higher, and when we reached the top, the entire river was bathed in golden light. The downhill breeze was incredibly refreshing, and my friend next to me was laughing the whole time. There wasn't a dull moment; this kind of relaxed joy is rare and precious.

Meet at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge highway port and board the bus by swiping your ID card. The double-decker bus goes directly to Blue Dolphin Island, only a few hundred meters from the Hong Kong border. On Blue Dolphin Island, a guide will explain the construction process and key milestones of the bridge. After listening to the half-hour explanation, I deeply felt that the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is a magnificent engineering feat.
