I used it when entering Ho Chi Minh City. Even though I used the fast track lane, I still had to wait in line for about 20 minutes, but the regular lane had a long line, so I was glad I was able to shorten the time. The staff were waiting in an easily visible location, so I was able to meet up without getting lost.
