After arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, I was scheduled to immediately transfer to a domestic flight to Phu Quoc Island, but the flight was canceled the night before and rescheduled for a flight two hours earlier. There was a long line at immigration at Ho Chi Minh Airport, so if I hadn't used this service, I might have missed my connecting flight... I was worried when I hadn't received any contact from the support desk even two days before, so I asked Trip.com's support desk to check, and they contacted me right away, so I sent them a photo of my passport via WhatsApp. Maybe they only contact you at the last minute. I'd definitely use this service again if I visit Vietnam again.
