The idea of a day trip to the Mekong River was a whim. The local guide was fantastic and took us to various attractions. My favorite was the coconut boat trip, which made me feel like I was in the Amazon rainforest. We stopped at some places like coconut candy and honey, but we weren't forced to shop. The guide saw that we had no intention of buying, so we continued our shopping. The guide's name seemed to be Lem, but I'm not sure if that's how he got along. He talked a lot about Vietnam's culture and history, which was very informative. We chose an English lunch for over 80 yuan, which included a light meal. It was super cost-effective.★

This service is essential and well worth the price. Immigration queues are dreadful, often taking an hour to an hour and a half, but I was checked in, through immigration and security in just 30 minutes.
I was met straight after check-in and guided through efficiently – excellent service.
Communication was clear via WhatsApp, with the message arriving the night before the flight.
