The tour was on time and the guide was very courteous, which was very helpful.
The other participants seemed satisfied as well.
Due to the tour specifications, reservations are limited to groups of three or more, so even if only one person was participating, we had to pay the three-person fee. I wish that could be improved.★

very good! Super recommended! Next time I come to Vietnam, I will book the activities of SST Travel hostel! The tour guide Kyle is very responsible! I recommend everyone to set this up and arrive at 7 am on time! As a solo traveler, the food I tasted was delicious and had a great time with my group friends! No extra paid activities! The overall day trip includes a lunch, fruit banquet, honey drink, coconut sugar! Including pick-up and drop-off! Super affordable! The driver is also very good! Recommended recommendation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻★

Many staff overseas are slow to keep the tour running, but this travel agency was well-managed from pre-tour to finish, wasted no time, and confirmed all the necessary details, giving us a sense of security. The tour content and order were also efficient, and we effectively visited the places that tourists would want to see. The tour guide also responded to our questions properly, and we liked the fact that he didn't simply memorize. We went during the rainy season, so the ground was slippery, but he held everyone's arms to prevent them from falling, and always opened the doors for us on the bus. He was a very gentlemanly and kind man. Despite such a polite tour guide and high-quality tour content, and the fact that it was a tour that could be enjoyed for a whole day, it was a very good deal at one-third the price of other tours.★

It was my first time using this service. There is a long line at immigration in Vietnam, so I thought I'd give it a try and made a reservation. A staff member was waiting for me in front of immigration. There were a lot of people holding papers with different names on them, so I had to keep a close eye on them, but they were there. After meeting up with the staff member, they checked my boarding pass and guided me straight through immigration! When I arrived, there was only one person going through immigration, so I was able to enter the country with almost no waiting. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!!★

It's very good, faster than usual. Last used the service on September 7, 2025. There were a lot of people in the normal channel. For us, it took less than 15 minutes in total. It's very good.
