All conditions are met except for 5G. I think the mobile operator is deliberately lowering the speed to 4G because the plan is "unlimited."

We booked a trip to Shanghai and Phu Quoc. In Shanghai, everything worked flawlessly on 5G. But in Phu Quoc, the connection was poor. It's better to buy a SIM card on arrival.
