It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

The bus was very comfortable and offered several great amenities. Upon arrival at the Sapa G8 office, we were smoothly transferred from the bus to a car that brought us directly to our hotel — a convenient and well-organized service. The only minor concern was that the car driver assigned to us sent frequent messages offering tour services around Sapa. While we appreciate the enthusiasm, it felt a bit too frequent at times.
I also want to recommend Minh Hang from Trip.com for providing service that went beyond my expectations.★

I was surprised by the long lines upon arrival at the airport,
but this service made it really easy.
Not having to wait in line saved me a lot of time,
and it was especially nice not having to wait in the hot weather.
Immigration was quick,
and the guidance provided throughout the airport made things a lot easier.
I think this will be really useful for families and those with tight schedules.
I'll definitely use it the next time I visit Vietnam.★

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!
