The bus was very comfortable and offered several great amenities. Upon arrival at the Sapa G8 office, we were smoothly transferred from the bus to a car that brought us directly to our hotel — a convenient and well-organized service. The only minor concern was that the car driver assigned to us sent frequent messages offering tour services around Sapa. While we appreciate the enthusiasm, it felt a bit too frequent at times.
I also want to recommend Minh Hang from Trip.com for providing service that went beyond my expectations.★

Shortly after booking, I received a WhatsApp confirmation from a local bus company representative, and my seat number was also confirmed, which gave me peace of mind. As the departure date approached, I received a confirmation of the hotel location and pickup time, giving me peace of mind. The bus was clean and stocked with water, pillows, and blankets, making the six-hour journey to Sapa very comfortable and satisfying. There were two restroom breaks. When a hotel staff member at my Hanoi asked me which bus to take out of the several companies, I mentioned this company and they said it was the best. A local person also recommended this company, so if I ever use a sleeper bus again, I'd definitely use HK Busline!★

After making a reservation, they immediately contacted me via KakaoTalk, and when I contacted them because I needed to change the pickup location, they took good care of it. When I contacted them during a stopover while en route and thought the bus had left, they quickly checked and contacted me. I was very grateful. Although the pickup time was delayed due to the driver's mistake and I had an anxious time, the pickup vehicle was very comfortable and nice. It was the most comfortable and relaxing vehicle I've ever taken in Vietnam, and the connecting vehicles connected right away without waiting, so I arrived at my accommodation safely.★

The very best bus trip I ever had: absolutely clean, confortable and new sleeper bus. It looks really like the pictures. I already have a very safe trip from Sapa to Hanoi, with fantastic caring driver and fantastic staff: Mister Queen and Mister Kevin who gaves me a lot of safety informations, bus stops and arriving points and time. Everything is absolutely well organised from the pick up office to the drop off office. When I arrived at Hanoi (On time, no delay) Kevin helps me with my Grab taxi and stayed with me until it comes. I’m so grateful to having such a great trip. Thank you so much Kevin and Mister Queen. Highly recommended
