The tour was excellent, as was the organization of the entire trip.
Mr. Thanh was polite and attentive.
The transportation to and from the port was very convenient and comfortable.
The boat/vessel for the cruise was wonderful.
The buffet had a wide selection of dishes.
The boat cruise itself was amazing, despite a light rain.
There was one issue with the transfer fee to and from the port. The description initially suggests a car transfer, you book the tour (without any information about the transfer option), and after booking, you discover that you need to arrange a transfer for an additional fee. This is not entirely accurate information in the tour description. Therefore, it would be a good idea to include a description of additional options. And despite minor misunderstandings, it did not spoil the good mood or the quality of the service provided.
The trip was wonderful. We highly recommend it.★

Great value for money. Long and tiring one day trip just as it should be. Hiked and took a dip at the beach in the first stop, in the second stop we took a speedboat to reach some areas big boats can’t reach and and learned the tales of of some islands and the ancient people that lived in them, then we took a bamboo boat after that to the very peaceful Hang Luon where no motorized boats are allowed. Third stop was the dreamy, massive and naturally cool cave.
Lastly we enjoyed on the roof of the boat the beautiful sunset over Ha Long bay on the way back to the harbor (1 hour)
The staff are very helpful, food and drinks are decent, and the boat is very neat.★

We really enjoyed the experience we went to the turtle lake and the French prison and the hidden cafe and had a lunch at a street cafe but the best thing was the enthusiasm and knowledge of our two young guides Jenny and Lim
