It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

The tour guide arrived at the hotel counter early and called us downstairs. The tour bus had stopped at the entrance of the hotel. The service was really great. There was no need to go anywhere to gather.

Tony was an absolutely amazing tour guide, he went out of his way to explain Hanoi culture to us, took us to fantastic food and drinks spots and actually went out of his way to extend the tour past the time originally given. He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable and overall we had a fantastic time made all the more better because of how great he was! Thanks Tony for a memorable tour, would 100% recommend booking this.
