We had a truly wonderful experience with Cherry as our guide! From the start, she was warm, friendly, and very thoughtful in how she planned our morning. She timed the route perfectly—getting us to Train Street just in time to watch the train pass by, which was such a memorable moment.
Cherry took us through key cultural sites like Ngoc Son Temple, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and Hoa Lo Prison. Her English was good enough to help us understand the history and cultural context at each stop, and she made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
We really appreciated her kindness and patience throughout the tour. She managed our small group with ease and created a relaxed, engaging atmosphere. I had such a wonderful time at the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater, and I highly recommend the skip-the-line tickets!
