It is best to look at the name and license plate of the car and cruise ship in advance, otherwise it may not be found during the trip to affect the itinerary; 2. The bus is picked up by time. I have set a five-star cruise package. The 20-seat bus is selected. The location is very comfortable. The time is about 8 o'clock in the morning. It is a better time. It is only late at night. 8:30 in the evening; 3. The five-star cruise ship feels very good. Whether it is space service or meals, the price difference is not big. It is recommended to choose a more expensive one. After all, it takes more than 2 hours to take a car unilaterally, and 1 hour by boat still affects the experience. 4. I give the pick-up service three points, and the Halong Bay cruise ship five points, so the comprehensive four points. It is recommended to read the service content carefully before ordering, ask about the pick-up time and the type of car, boarding and disembarking time. I booked the VIP category, but the pick-up is a carpool service, pick-up at 6 am. It should be a two-and-a-half-hour trip from Hanoi City Expressway to Halong Bay. The driver was half an hour late, and he shared a car with the local office workers and stopped a lot. Negotiated with the service provider and was told that this was the VIP service. After disembarking at 4:30, I was told that it was the same carpool service and I had to arrive at the hotel after 9 pm. This VIP service is the most disrespectful time for passengers.
