The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

It was a lot of tours. The guide contacted me with WhatsApp from the day before, so I wasn't worried. Halong Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are many people. The limestone cave is very large and spectacular.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★

The tour was well organized. We were given all the necessary information the day before about the meeting place and time, picked up on time and very close to the hotel. The sights were beautiful, the boat ride was very interesting and comfortable, and the entire route was very scenic. The lunch was good; you could find something to eat, but don't expect much (we were informed of this). The guide and driver were very nice and friendly. Thank you so much! ❤️★

The cabin was excellent, the boat was stable and didn't rock much. It was a fantastic first experience sleeping on a boat. The air conditioning in the room was wonderfully cool; I set it to 16 degrees Celsius and slept comfortably. The blankets and bed were also great. I'll definitely bring my family back again if I have the chance. (The food was delicious, exceeding all expectations!)
