Everything was great, the cruise was fantastic for the price. The cave was crowded on Sunday, but that wasn't the organizer's fault. They were helpful and helpful throughout, and the prices were very good for the tour itself and for extras (I bought a phone case, souvenirs, and extra food). We rode a boat, a kayak, a speedboat (additional charge), visited the cave, visited Titop Island, had a bar and fruit in the evening, had a jacuzzi, and had lunch.★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

I booked a day trip to Vietnam through Ctrip, but the local contact person's phone number was unreachable. They didn't contact me even after Ctrip's confirmation deadline, thankfully Ctrip customer service helped urge them and finally confirmed my itinerary late the night before the trip. Thumbs up to Ctrip customer service!
The entire tour was well-organized and reasonably paced, without any rushing or extra charges. Lunch was a buffet, which was very satisfying, and they even offered local lamb vermicelli. However, when visiting the first attraction, the tour guide didn't take a headcount before leading the group back to the bus, causing some of us who were lagging behind to get lost. We couldn't find the group in the vast scenic area, and the tour guide wouldn't answer his phone, which made us very unhappy. After this incident, the tour guide clearly explained the meeting times and places for subsequent tours, and similar incidents didn't happen again, making the trip quite enjoyable.★

They picked us up quickly and on time. The bus was old and bounced around on every bump. The guide, Bin, didn't tell us anything about the history. They fed us deliciously and plentifully. At the end, they dropped us off at some half-empty store with outrageous prices.
