Although the constant changes to the order made me angry, overall Ctrip did a good job. The airport transfer service was very attentive, and the hotel arrangements were decent, although the room was a bit small. But the owner was a nice person.

The hotel was alright, with good environment and facilities; however, the Chinese restaurant was a bit crowded, and we waited for half an hour for dinner. We also encountered heavy snow while soaking in the hot springs, so we didn't dare to stay for too long, but it was still okay.
