Due to the itinerary being delayed for one day, the date was changed. The service staff made careful arrangements and confirmed before arriving at the hotel. They also confirmed when getting on and off the bus. It was really considerate. The seats were new, with massage function, mobile phone charging function, and a bottle of mineral water. The rest stop on the way was about 15 minutes. The overall service was really amazing... 100 points

Comfortable experience end to end - from the app booking, confirmation of details via WhatsApp from Harry, punctual pick up by the driver Nguyen who also drove fast (very efficient) and still safely. Highly recommend this service, if I am back in Vietnam I won’t hesitate to book them again.

I booked it. A couple of hours later, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp. We agreed on the pickup time, location, and destination. A minibus picked me up from the hotel and took me to another hotel. The ride itself was comfortable, as the bus had captain's chairs! When planning your trip, keep in mind that the bus may not arrive on time, as it picks up passengers from various hotels along the way.

Overall, everything was great: a wonderful lunch and excellent staff. The only thing we couldn't do was swim because we couldn't find a decent beach to moor at!


