I really enjoyed it! They picked me up from Hanoi and then brought me back on a comfortable bus. Everything about the cruise was very well organized! They pick tourists up from the Old Quarter, but my hotel was outside the Old Quarter, so that wasn't a problem! I had a great taxi ride to the pickup location; they met me there and escorted me to the bus, and back! I recommend this company to everyone! You can't visit Hanoi without visiting Halong! And if you're going to Halong, only go with this company!!!

SST the Dolphin and its crew were very friendly and provided meticulous service, especially Finn, who even helped peel shrimps. We avoided the crowded Surprise Cave, but still enjoyed the beauty of Halong Bay. The feeling of kayaking and passing through two sea caves was still very magical.

I recommend this sim card. The shop employee was very help and installed it for me. My sim is data only (no phone number), which is fine for me. It has worked great in Hanoi and Saigon (HCMC). Note that I've only used it in those two cities, so I can't comment on other locations. The speed is fine and the quota is more than enough, especially if you use WiFi when available.

It was a lot of tours. The guide contacted me with WhatsApp from the day before, so I wasn't worried. Halong Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are many people. The limestone cave is very large and spectacular.


