I participated in the two-day, one-night Starlight Cruise. The tour, which included kayaking and cave exploration, was very satisfying. The room was also clean and nice. However, I was disappointed that there were many things that were not communicated to me about the cruise's start time, the two-day schedule, and important points to note. For example, I was informed just before departure that drinks were not allowed on board. Since I had prepared drinks for the cruise, I wish I had looked for a different cruise.★

I was worried that there was no review, but the cruise was good and everything with the service was consistent. Trip.com customer center is so convenient to consult at all times. The bus from Hanoi was also comfortable and satisfied. However, it was a very difficult journey for children to take a bus at 7 o'clock and take a bus around Hanoi for an hour and a half, picking people up and getting off at the port in 4 hours after taking the bus. Everything is good except that. The bus and cruise guides were so friendly. By the way, the minibar (except water and coffee) and drinks in the room are all charged.★

I booked my Halong Bay cruise through this company, and everything was perfect! We got the Calista Cruise, which was absolutely amazing inside — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The price was even better than booking directly. Aaron from the company was very helpful and always replied quickly to my questions. I highly recommend their service for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
