We had such a wonderful and memorable experience with Apollo Star Cruise!
Everything was very well organized, and the itinerary followed the schedule perfectly. The facilities were excellent, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our trip.
A special thank you to our tour guide, who was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and enthusiastic. He explained every activity clearly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
We were truly satisfied with the service and had such a great time from beginning to end.
And a very special thank you to our tour leader, Tommy, who took such good care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciate your kindness, energy, and excellent service!

Overall, it was very good. The buffet was fresh and the food was delicious. My friends were all very satisfied. It was great value for money. The ship was also very clean, and the service staff was good. The only downside was that it was very crowded, so we couldn't fully enjoy the experience. Although we chose a Chinese-speaking guide, the large number of people made it difficult to properly listen to the guide's explanations and other activities.★

The trip left only positive impressions. The manager was always in touch and responded very quickly. We were driven to the transfer departure point in a comfortable car, then we waited about 10 minutes and were put on the transfer. The ride was very quick and comfortable. Water was provided, and there were no stops. Thank you very much❤️★

Everything was exactly as described in the pictures. The staff's attitude and service were very good, and the guide Mr. Wuang was cheerful and responsible. It was a rest for the body and mind, lulled by the waves of the sea, and replenished the tired days in Hanoi.★

I totally recommend! I went on this trip alone and it was very easy to meet people to spend the trip with, since you get seated at a table for six people with your group members. The activities were as described, we first drove through streets with beautiful views, went to a cave, got to do some kayaking and swimming in the free water, as well as a Sunset Party at the end. The activites were planned thoroughly and ensured that people had a lot of fun. The tour guides were all really attentive and kind people, one of them played nice music from different countries at the Sunset Party and made it very special by really working the crowd. Overall this was one of the best experiences I‘ve had in my travels to Vietnam and every cent I‘ve paid was well spent (plus for what it was, it was really cheap!). So whether you‘re going alone or with a group, this tour is SO worth it👏👏★

Good day. I would like to file an official complaint regarding booking #****************. I booked a single cabin on the LOWER deck back on July 23. However, at the HK Buslines bus station, they moved my seat to the UPPER deck without my consent, offering only a refund of 50,000 VND. This is a direct violation of the terms and conditions of my booking, I demand proper refund/compensation from Trip.com for this ruined experience, I am a travel blogger, and this situation completely ruined my content plans and night sleep and I had planned a trip in advance to celebrate my birthday. I wrote to you everywhere, but you don't answer! Thank you for your understanding, Best regards, Tetiana Smoliakova
