The service is so much better abroad! This price is great value for money, very good. Thumbs up to the tour guide! They didn't pressure tourists to buy anything! The scenery is absolutely beautiful!

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!

Reliable tour. Everything is good. Good food. Good operation. Good big boat. Only one thing that I would recommend is the company should put the contact number or give an instruction or contact after we have booked the trip. I have to check the website www.arcadycruises.com and try to find the way to contact tour operation by myself to give my hotel address. So, please improve. This is a good and valuable Halong Bay tour. We enjoy the trip.

What a great trip and unbelievable value for money. Very easy booking process and transfer to boat in Ha Long Bay. The views in Ha Long Bay are absolutely out of this world and we did really interesting activities. Food on boat was good and plentiful. After a night on the boat I transferred to Cat Ba island, the hotel was small but the room was perfect, I paid an additional $60 as a solo traveler but it was still great value. Then a final day boat trip, once more in Ha Long Bay but totally different activities and again great food and very interesting. I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone

This tour was very good in every aspect. They are very polite and read every wish from your eyes. Boat was great, food, too and the landscape is just amazing. Paddling and the tour through the cave are a nice gimmick. Music on the boat is good and not too much. You also have the possibility of going with the additional actions or not. Your can also drink for fair prices.

The Ambassador was exceptionally beautiful, the service was excellent, the food was great, the itinerary was wonderful, and the weather was fantastic. My favorite place in all of Vietnam.


