1. The tour guide and driver are attentive and attentive; when encountering the congestion of the attractions, they adjust the itinerary in time; and they are very satisfied with the guide service. 2. There are still areas for improvement in line design: the last attraction is in Hangzhou, but you have to take a 3-hour bus to return to Shanghai to disperse the group; the Spring Festival Lingyin Temple is too congested and traffic control; there should be cruise projects in West Lake; the ancient town is designed as Wuzhen. 4. The gift adjustment after the reservation payment is not very good.
