The customer service staff patiently helped me from the moment I changed my date to the moment I boarded the bus, which put me at ease while traveling alone. My English-speaking guide and driver were incredibly knowledgeable and one of the few Icelanders who were so approachable, completely surpassing the expressionless and reserved attitude of other drivers. Walking through the lava fields was unreal and highly recommended!
