Overall, booking through Trip.com was excellent, and customer service was readily available. Although the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the trip, we were able to reschedule for the following day directly through the counter. However, the original hiking tour was full, so we opted for the shorter 45-minute helicopter tour instead. Trip.com also assisted with the refund.

This driver/guide was incredibly hardworking, providing non-stop commentary and even personally leading us to the attractions – full marks! However, the after-sales service was poor. They didn't provide the driver's contact information or license plate number before departure, so I had to ask each driver individually at the meeting point. By the time we reached the transfer station, the driver had already completed their task, and I had no idea how to join the activities I wanted. I wasted two hours eating there before returning. Even on the return trip, I didn't know the vehicle number (it might not have been the same one I took on the way there). I often take day tours when traveling abroad, but this was the most nerve-wracking experience I've ever had.

An amazing and memorable experience! The helicopter flight over Fox Glacier and Franz Josef offered breathtaking views, and the entire tour was very well organized. The pilot was friendly, professional, and provided great commentary throughout the journey. The staff were also helpful and welcoming. This was one of the highlights of our New Zealand trip and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
