I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes! I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!

I'm so glad I bought this pass. European trains are expensive everywhere. Booking early makes it a little cheaper, but train schedules often change, and you often have to be flexible. With this pass, you can easily change to any train, and the price is fixed, so sudden changes don't end up being more expensive. And it's very convenient. It's easy to use. I think my transportation costs for this trip were cut in half.
