Honestly... every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, you came to the hotel to pick us up early in the morning and even gave us a glass of water! It was truly... thoughtful and I was so grateful! On the way to the hot air balloon ride, you gave us a lot of information about Florence! It was very informative💗 Also, since it was my first time in a hot air balloon, I was a little worried, but you reassured me so I wouldn't be nervous, and I was actually able to ride without any fear! If you sign up for this tour, you will have an enchanting and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise from inside a hot air balloon is a very special experience!🫠💛 We were lucky enough to have just our family riding, and my family loved it so much! The balloon driver was also witty and kind!! The champagne we popped to celebrate together after the ride and the local Tuscan food made us even happier😆🥂🍾 I want to come back and ride again next time💗 Thank you sincerely for creating so many special and happy memories for my family✨🙌🏻 And thank you for taking photos and videos with a drone and a great camera😆

I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes! I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!

The pasta sauces were amazing! To be clear about this experience, you are making 3 types of pasta with the dough. The instructor is making the sauce. This would be good for people who are home cooks and mostly beginners. You aren’t getting a full on culinary school lesson. Overall, well worth it and a good time! The staff was very nice and everything was well-prepared for the group.
