The 7-day itinerary is a bit tight, but many tour members have limited annual leave and want to take advantage of a short holiday, so they can just ask for 2 more days. The timing is good. Of course, if you have plenty of time, I recommend the 9-day tour, which will basically cover all of Türkiye.
