The trip was nice, but we didn't see many alligators. There was a show after the ride, though, which was cool.

Great tour! We saw and watched an alligator come very close to the boat. The ride through the mangroves was amazing, and Gene kept us entertained.

The highlight was definitely the kayak tour with Jon. He took us into the mangroves despite the low water, and afterward, we were able to explore the flora and fauna of the Big Cypress Reserve at our leisure and up close. The airboat tour was a nice addition and should be done by every Eveglades visitor. However, the airboat can't compete with the kayak tour.
