It was good but I don’t think I would do it again. I wasn’t expecting it to be on a catamaran. One downside for me was that it was a bare foot cruise and I wasn’t particularly keen on that. The crew were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We did get to see some whales! It was a bit of a rush to get back for the sunset.★

The office staff were knowledgeable, very pleasant and engaging. Capt. Mike and crew Selma and Noah were fully involved and constantly absorbed with their duties, catering to passengers with unmatched zeal. From my husband's perspective, a Master Mariner and former naval officer with 55+ years of seagoing experience, Capt Mike is an exceptional shiphandler, mitigating ability, judgment and intrepidness with safety, resulting in a once in a lifetime WOW for his guests. The boat itself, although capable, stable and fitted with adequate power, is poorly conceived insofar as concerns layout for the passengers. There are inadequate tables for the "dinner cruise", the seats are thin. uncomfortable and lacking in back cushioning and seem to have been thrown in at the last minute of construction as a result of a budget shortage. Overall, however, and almost entirely because of the Captain and crew, I highly recommend the Holo Holo Napali sunset cruise and dinner .★

The walk along the coast was great. The captain and his crew were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed everything. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very good, and we were not able to go snorkeling near the Forbidden Island. However, we were refunded, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was great.★

Good easy to use self guided tour of Kuai North Shore. There are a few suggestions on the way that require advance reservations like the Botanical Gardens, so maybe look at the itinerary and plan for this if you want to. It was a very informative and easy to navigate trip without any of the extras. ★
