Mark was a very knowledgeable and wonderful host. He provided a great balance of information sharing, stories, and jokes to really create my MIL first whisky tasting memorable. The options of selections of whisky spanning a great range of undertones, distilled ages, regions, and ease of finding. As someone who often has to hunt down Campeltown whisky’s each time I arrive in Edinburgh, to have this small region (often overlooked) included was a highlighting touch. We will most definitely be bringing the men on this tour when we return to Edinburgh!
