They contacted me quickly the day before, confirmed the pickup time on time, and were very kind. It was great. However, if you choose your location well when riding the hot air balloon, you can take good photos. I failed at choosing my spot.

The service was excellent. They created a WeChat group for communication after we booked. Our flight to Luxor was delayed, and although we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and receive our room number, we didn't check in until the early hours of the morning. The staff waited for us until we finally checked in and got our room number. Honestly, I don't think it's necessary to find an agent yourself just to save money. The communication costs are high, and it's not always reliable. When you're traveling, you've already spent a lot of money, so it's best to prioritize a reliable and enjoyable experience when choosing activities.
