This tour was exceptionally well-designed, with a very reasonable itinerary. Our guide provided explanations throughout the trip, repeating each point in both German and English – it was quite a tiring experience! We witnessed breathtaking scenery that exceeded our expectations. A truly worthwhile trip!

Fantastic and well run tour of the countryside. Beautiful scenery, excellent wines, bucolic towns, and a hearty lunch in an adorable village. This is a must do in Vienna to get out into the valley where the wine is made. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the region and wineries. Getting out to see this area on the bike is the best way to see the valley.

It worked perfectly in Budapest and at the new Istanbul airport. The signal was strong and never dropped. It was easy to install using a QR code. It also worked immediately in roaming, without having to reboot the phone, as happened with other e-SIM cards. One downside: the signal suddenly dropped on the sixth day. I fixed it by toggling the e-SIM settings. It's not a big deal. I recommend it.

The Shangri-La's Sariah Hotel in Sabah was excellent. Since it was our honeymoon, we informed Ctrip customer service of our travel plans over the phone. Ctrip then notified the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. The bed was covered with a large heart of roses, and the hotel's housekeeping manager had written us a greeting card, along with fruit and chocolates – very thoughtful! Thank you to Ctrip customer service for contacting the hotel so promptly; it added an unexpected surprise to our trip. I will definitely choose Ctrip again for my next independent trip; it's truly convenient and reliable. Thank you!


