Easy to install as always, but the coverage wasn’t the best. It might’ve been to do with my location, so I don’t know, but overall it was still good.

The eSIM received could connect to the network but wasn't stable. We contacted the support and they issued a different eSIM for us, with different local operators, that worked very well. Overall satisfied with the service, even though we "lost" the first few days of the package before realizing the network hiccups weren't normal and getting in touch with customer support.

During my stay, I mainly used Google Maps and social media, and the connection was uninterrupted and the speed was sufficient, even while traveling on the subway. The included Japanese guide made it easy to use, even though it was my first time using an eSIM.
