It's very easy to use on iPhones, but for Android, people should reconsider. For example, the Xiaomi 14T also supports eSIM, but when adding a SIM, there's no signal despite very helpful support. 5 stars for this app, convenient, easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent.

At first, I was worried that I would have to complete the real-name verification to use this in Hong Kong. I might have just been lucky—I'm not sure if others had the same experience—or maybe it's because I activated it in Thailand first. When I arrived, I didn't have to verify my identity at all and could use it right away. The internet in Hong Kong was great! However, when I traveled to Macau, the signal dropped occasionally, and I only got LTE instead of 5G. Overall though, it worked really well and I highly recommend it.

Everything was great! The eSIM connected seamlessly via a QR code and worked reliably throughout the entire trip. Speeds were good, and 500 MB per day was enough for navigation, messaging, and social media. It's convenient that you can choose a plan for the number of days you need. I recommend it!

I installed the SIM card twice. It didn't work the first time. After that, it worked fine. But, of course, I'd like it to work right away, since having internet access in a new country is crucial.
