Made it so much easier to get through immigration. Bypassed the big queue and went to a small queue that only took about 20 minutes. Still had to wait for luggage to come out though.★

This is an incredibly useful service, definitely worth the money! Right when all our passengers from the huge plane ahead of us were standing in a clearly 1-2 hour line at passport control, we approached the guys with a sign (according to the instructions, everything was sent and confirmed via WhatsApp the day before and upon arrival, but it's impossible not to see them anyway) and the two of us passed through the border in EXACTLY 2 MINUTES! After a 10-hour flight, at night, this is the best thing that could have happened to us! 👍👍👍★

We booked the VIP fast track immigration and security service! I highly recommend it! Everything went smoothly, and after payment, we received instructions on what to do upon arrival at the airport, along with photos of where they'd be waiting! We arrived early, sent a message, received a response immediately, and a representative came to pick us up! Ten minutes (instead of two hours of standing in line—feel the difference) and we were already enjoying the cafe before boarding! Thank you so much again!★
