An excellent excursion! The captain was great – he got as close to the bridge as possible so we could see the show. All the staff were very friendly and helpful – they helped us find the right pier, provided refreshments and drinks immediately on the boat, and created a positive atmosphere. My husband and I were very pleased.

Hoi An was a great experience. We arrived early, around 2 PM, to explore the city without having to worry about it. It was very interesting, but incredibly stuffy, even though the weather was cloudy. People with special needs should keep the heat in mind. A boat ride along the river was a wonderful end to the evening. We found a place to buy tickets right away, arriving around 6 AM, and there were a lot of people, like the subway at rush hour. We had to wait in line for a bit to board the boat, but it was worth it. Beautiful views and wonderful photos. Lanterns are attached to the boat itself, and they give you a basket with a candle when you launch it into the river. The boatman took photos of us, and we left him a thank you tip.

I really enjoyed the rafting; it was an interesting route and a lot of excitement. Regarding the transfer, it seemed cheaper than a taxi, but the organizers insisted on getting to their specific point, which was odd because my hotel was located between two such points, and the car wasn't big, just a regular Gazelle. We had enough time to explore the entire park, enough time to practice archery, ride a zipline, feed the fish with my feet, and fly down a water slide.

We used this spa on the last day of our trip as a family of four. The 60-minute massage was fantastic, and the booking process was smooth. The service was also excellent, including luggage storage and airport transfers. My two middle school-aged children were very happy with their first spa experience.

We booked the cruise on Trip.com and received full instructions on departure times and arrival times. Everything went smoothly. It was a weekday, so there weren't many passengers. As a nice bonus, the crew prepared water and fruit for the passengers.
