What an incredible place! The long journey from Cusco on the bumpy roads and then the tough walk up the final pass was so worth it. Pick up was very efficient and the stops for breakfast and lunch welcome, with a good selection of fresh food from a buffet. There was the right amount of time at the mountain itself and the guide helpfully provided walking poles

Fantastic day! Nice buffet breakfast en route. Altitude makes the hike extra challenging but our guide was supportive and encouraged us to the summit. He also provided a herbal remedy to aid breathing. Horses and motorbikes are available if required. Horses stop before the steep assent to the summit. So some hiking still required to reach the top. A must do-Totally worth the early start.
