I bought it for Belarus. High 4G speed. Reliable reception—at least in the city. Seamless connection. Everything works like clockwork.

Since it's an Orange network and not an MVNO, I was able to use it with peace of mind within France. In some rural tourist areas, it occasionally showed 3G, but it still seemed better than cheaper MVNOs. After activating it and arriving in France, it seemed like I needed to establish data communication with Orange via Wi-Fi or roaming. I received an SMS from Orange, so it seems the phone line is working. Take your time and try to secure a means of communication.
