The Bernina train ride is an experience you can't miss if you're in the region. It's worth every penny. The trip from Milan to the train station takes about 2.5 hours, but it goes by quickly and is truly worth the wait. Maria Cristina, our guide, is extremely patient and friendly. She gave a very detailed and engaging explanation of each point of interest and provided tips throughout the trip. If you were unsure about whether to book or not, even though I was skeptical at first, I can highly recommend it.

The trip began at the scheduled location and time, with relevant information provided by the tour guide along the way. Upon arriving in Switzerland, the guide advised us on where to go in our free time, while also providing our train tickets. Throughout the journey, the guide provided us with information about the local attractions, and the views are incredible from every side of the carriage. The ride would have been even more incredible if we had been able to get off for at least ten minutes at stops along the way. It was an incredible ride with scenery so beautiful it seems unreal.
