Unlike the previous self-driving tours, with professional guides and drivers, the itinerary is very comfortable and everyone relaxes. The tour guide Xiaoding and the driver Xiao Shi are very professional and the service is in place. The only fly in the ointment is that the distance between the seats of the car is too small. Don't say that the big man with more than 1 meter 8 is very uncomfortable. The car sits down for 5 hours. It is simply a crime. It is recommended that the car be improved in the future, even if you add more money!

Highly recommended if you need transport. The tour was well-organized, and the pickup instructions were sent via WhatsApp a day before departure. Each car took about 7 passengers, hence no long waiting time where you had to go to many different hotels for pickup. My driver Xiaogui was on time and he was enthusiastic in introducing the attractions to us.

I used it from Tainan to Taoyuan. I reserved a time in advance on the official website and headed to the station. When I showed my passport and reservation number at the ticket counter, they asked if I wanted to change the time, and when I told them I was fine with leaving it as it was, they issued me a paper ticket. They spoke simple Japanese and English. The interior of the car was air-conditioned, making for a quiet and comfortable trip.

Ms. Stella Zheng is an excellent guide. She knows a lot about Alishan and is willing to share many interesting facts and stories about it. She scheduled the itinerary well and managed to follow it efficiently. She provided heartwarming services to us in every aspect along the tour, including, but not limited to, safety and photo taking. I recommend her to all sightseeing tours. I joined a one-day Alishan tour guided by Ms. Stella Zheng. She was knowledgeable about Alishan and shared many interesting facts and stories with us. She carefully arranged the itinerary's sightseeing, rest, and meal times, and completed the entire trip efficiently according to plan. She was willing to provide services to the group members, taking care of their safety and photo taking needs. I sincerely recommend her tours to all tourists.


