Lance was a knowledgeable and very helpful guide, his English was highly proficient. It was great exploring the farmers market with him. I learnt so much about Chinese food and culture. We bought fresh ingredients from the market resulting in a delicious and healthy meal. Auntie was a professional chef and helped us step by step through the cooking process. We were taught many useful techniques for making authentic Chinese dishes. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in Chinese and Sichuan cuisine!

The overall experience was good. I didn’t use my second day part of the trip because my knee was sprained a little prior to the trip and the weather rainy so I decided to head back earlier. My driver was pleasant and friendly. Very informative of the area and made the experience a memorable one.


