I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

We really enjoyed the boat trip, a wonderful way to see the lake and the beautiful sights along the way. There were 10 passengers including ourselves, so loads of space onboard with a covered area for those not wanting to be in direct sunlight during the 90 minute trip. Really informative hosts who gave us details & information along the way during the trip; you can also download an app while onboard which details each property en route, but our mobile service in Italy wasn't great in that particular area, so we were grateful for the details at each location. Very highly recommended.

The day was long. I don’t think I would do it again. Too short a time at each stop. Not that it was the fault of the tour, it’s just a long day of driving around with not much content.

Convenient departure point from Central Station. Good bus. When you board, they give you a ticket with your return departure time. We've used this route twice already.

Fantastic experience. Got changed around a little, because of the bad weather, but it ended up being an upgrade. Guide was knowledgeable, and easy going. The stop for swimming was a highlight.


