cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It was, without a doubt, one of the best tours I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. George is exceptional. The walk/hike is seamlessly wove together ancient history, modern local insights and stories throughout the entire 3.5-hour journey. George isn't just a guide; he felt like a knowledgeable friend showing you his city. The itinerary covers about 8.6km across the key hills of Athens, it was a genuinely excellent workout GET YOUR STEPS IN! This tour is perfect for active travelers who want to get a real workout while sightseeing. Learn history & local culture from an amazing storyteller. Avoid the normal boring slow walking tours and see an authentic side of the city. Capture stunning, panoramic photos of Athens' major sites. This is a new tour and George has created something truly special. Do not hesitate to book this – it’s an absolute gem and the type of tour I wish I could do everywhere I travel! What an outstanding tour! My husband is a landscape photographer who wanted tips on how to get started with street photography. Socrates was amazing. He gave him technical advice, suggestions for how to look at a scene, and so many terrific tips for getting comfortable with street photography. After the tour, we spent the rest of the day trying his suggestions out. I am not a photographer, but I loved seeing the neighborhoods and learning the history that Socrates shared with us. Overall, a top quality tour experience for both of us.

Athens Taxi Wagon was great. Responded to my What’s App inquiry and further messages promptly. Spiro was our driver for the day. He picked us at the cruise terminal and took us to all the major highlights of Athens city, found us a great place on the beach for lunch, down to the Poseidin Temple then to the airport. He was informative, attentive and looked after us very well. He made our last day in Greece memorable. Would recommend Athens Taxi Wagon.
