We used this tour for a family trip, including our 9-year-old son. Swimming with whale sharks followed by a refreshing dip at Tumalog Falls made for a great itinerary. Although breakfast wasn't mentioned in the tour itinerary, they provided mango, sticky rice, and drinks (coffee and water). They also provided bath towels, which was a great help. Everything is conducted in English, but they speak clearly, so there's no need to worry.★

The location is remote, Grab doesn't support it, and only the bird show is worth watching; the others are just regular feeding shows. The rides are great, but each one requires payment, and you can't pay on-site; you have to buy tickets at the counter and show the receipt to ride. It rains frequently in the Philippines, so it's recommended to do the rides first and then see the animals. Food inside the park isn't expensive, but you have to take a vehicle to get around because some roads that aren't closed are actually not open. Also, what looks close on the map is actually quite far and difficult to navigate.★

The booking process is easy; you can choose the day, time, and number of passengers. The ferry is quite large; we traveled business class from Bohol. The seats are comfortable, wide, and recline well. The only problem was that the air conditioning was too strong, which caused us to get cold. Keep in mind that the ferry may be delayed, which is exactly what happened to us; our flight was delayed by an hour.★
