The tour with Aafif was amazing. He was on time and greeted us like old friends. His knowledge of the city and enthusiasm to share it with us was evident as he took us through the medinas pointing out interesting locations and facts. The tour was a fantastic orientation of the city and a great introduction to Morocco. The markets were interesting and the bakery and mint tea were a nice touch to end the tour. We ended with being dropped off at the Marina shopping complex where my friend discovered she had left her phone in the taxi by accident. After emailing the Casablanca urban adventures email they were able to get her phone and hand deliver it to our hotel. Hicham was absolutely wonderful getting her phone back to her. We are so grateful for his wonderful customer service as well as Aafif’s while on the tour. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone!
