We were very satisfied with how well-organized and smoothly managed the entire trip was. From logistics to timing, everything was handled professionally. The food offered was decent, and the overall experience was enjoyable. However, we did encounter a challenge with the guide assigned to our group. Although the package included an English-speaking guide, we noticed that all explanations were given exclusively in the local language. As the only foreigners on the tour, this made us feel somewhat excluded—not out of rudeness, but perhaps due to a language barrier or shyness. Still, in a tour that advertises English guidance, basic communication is important not just for context but also for safety instructions or emergency information. Thankfully, one of the crew members, Glen, approached us and asked if we spoke English. When we told him we spoke Spanish and he was learning it, he kindly asked if he could practice with us. With great empathy, he kept us informed throughout the trip, s
