The tour was brilliant from beginning to end.The driver/guide even took us on a walk in the Botanic Gardens which was not on the itinerary. My problem was not with the tour, it was with trying to change my pick up point after the location of my accommodation was changed. I phoned, texted and emailed at least a dozen times with no response. Finally after arriving in Canberra I spoke to a man at the tour company who said he would make the change and SMS me. He didn't. Finally the next day after three more phone calls the change was acknowledged. So your tour was great but your office staff have given me no option than to say 'Never again and deleted your app

Thanks to our driver/guide, Yan, the journey and the tour of Canerra was interesting and fun. Plenty of information and it was lovely to hear his own experience of Canberra. It was useful to know what was coming next, details of what to expect and how long we had at each stop. Yan kept us on time without making us feel rushed or hassled.
