We were absolutely blessed to have Mohammed as our guide in Alexandria. Knowledgeable—he has a Master’s degree in hieroglyphics and is working on his PhD—kind and thoughtful; he showed us and told us about this magnificent city.
We toured the “new city” and the “old city,” seeing sights from the time of Alexander the Great. We had a bountiful and delicious meal at Branzino restaurant, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, and afterward, we took a few minutes to stick fingers and toes in the Sea and take photos with a giant parrot.
We highly recommend Mohammed and this tour. We’re still beaming.★

Eslam, our tour guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered to take photos of us at each site and spoke good English. Brought us to a wonderful restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea for lunch. I would highly recommend doing a tour with him of Alexandria.★

Jean was an incredible guide. From the moment he and our driver Mohammed picked me up from my hotel, he was warm, welcoming and a great first contact in Egypt.
The Alexandria library, the catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar, and the mosque were all lovely sights set against the picturesque and sunny/breezy background of Egypt’s fine coastal city.
Would easily do this tour again and highly recommend it for you!
