It was so convenient and satisfying that I'm writing this on my way home! The airport is so crowded, so I was worried about the long lines at immigration, but the staff greeted me early and guided me through, allowing me to pass quickly. Immigration also skipped the line, saving me a ton of time!
The lack of waiting time was particularly helpful, so I felt less tired. They even kindly guided me to baggage claim, making everything comfortable.
If you want to reduce travel fatigue and save time, this service is highly recommended. I'll definitely use it again next time I go to Ho Chi Minh City, and I've already used it several times, so I highly recommend it!โ

When I visited Ho Chi Minh City a few years ago, it took over an hour to enter the country, and I remember being frustrated and exhausted by the slow-moving lines. So this time, I used this service through Trip.com. I arrived at Tan Son Nhat International Airport around 10 PM. As soon as my plane landed and I connected to the internet on my smartphone, I received a WhatsApp message from an agent saying, "We'll be waiting for you." I was so relieved. An agent was waiting for me near the immigration area with my name on it, so I was able to meet up right away. Overall, I'm so glad I booked this service! Tan Son Nhat was super crowded after 10 PM with several flights arriving from other countries. The general immigration lane was not only incredibly long, but the line even spilled out into the hallway. The agent escorted me to the VIP lane, where I was able to complete immigration in about 10 minutes. I was then able to collect my luggage and exit the airport smoothly. I had a reservation for my departure flight, and after checking in at the airport counter, an agent again guided me through immigration in the designated lane. Communication from booking to meeting at the airport was very smooth, and I felt at ease being able to communicate quickly via WhatsApp. Thanks to this service, I was able to avoid wasting an hour or two of my precious travel time going through immigration, which was very beneficial both mentally and physically. The staff were friendly and had a smile, and we were able to communicate in English. I would definitely use this service again if I visit Vietnam again.โ

They sent this super clear file with photos and exact meeting points, so the second I saw my name on a sign, I knew I was safe. Immigration? Done in 5 mins. Stress level? 0/10. I literally walked out like, โwaitโฆ thatโs it??โ 10/10 would let them rescue me from airport chaos againโ
