This time, I took my parents, aunt, and uncle on a day trip. The itinerary was very tight, with 35 people in the group. The bus was luxurious and comfortable, and there was a Chinese-speaking guide and an English-speaking guide. The guide explained the history and culture to us and recommended photo spots. Overall, they were very professional.

A day trip filled with laughter! Our guide, Sherry, deserves all the credit—she was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! Sherry was very skilled, managing a nearly full group of 40 tourists from all over the world with great efficiency. She provided comprehensive and detailed explanations of the attractions and history in both Chinese and English, and she's an excellent photographer; we owe all our group photos to her! I carefully selected this itinerary, which included Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, the capsule train, two culture villages, and more—almost everything you could want in Busan. It's perfect for a family trip, saving you the hassle of taking public transportation. Plus, I chose the all-inclusive package, so there were no extra charges and no hard selling throughout the trip.

Since the nearest tickets for the capsule train weren't available until the 26th, we booked a tour instead. Our guide, Sophie, was incredibly enthusiastic and professional. She provided explanations in Chinese specifically for the two of us Chinese tourists, answering all our questions and even offering to take photos for us. Her photography skills were also excellent, haha. We saw everything we wanted to see in one day, and I would definitely come back to travel here again if I have the chance.

We booked the tour almost a month in advance. A day before the tour, the organizers contacted us and provided all the necessary information about the meeting point and time. On the day of the tour, the weather was rainy, so I decided to reschedule the trip just an hour before it started. Fortunately, the rescheduling process was handled without any issues. It turned out to be a great decision because the weather on the new day was absolutely beautiful. We visited a temple, explored Taejongdae Park, rode the train, walked around Gamcheon Culture Village, and even had time to ride the Songdo Cable Car. Special thanks to Tomy for an amazing day and a perfectly organized tour! My only suggestion is that I would have loved a bit more time at Songdo. It would be great if the stop lasted two hours instead of one.

A very satisfying day trip experience! The vehicle was spacious, and the driver drove smoothly. Victoria and Sohpie were both very patient and friendly, speaking fluent Chinese and English. The entire itinerary was well-planned and comfortable. There was detailed explanation of the historical background and communication regarding other related questions. They even gave us a small gift at the end of the trip – highly recommended!
